What do Greek unlabelled bands do? Of course they do something! They try their best recording and releasing music properly. And their work turns out well done. OUT OF THE LAIR released their debut in October, 2003. The CD has got a precious production and includes multimedia section with band history, contacts, gallery and live video. Multimedia is accompanied by nice interface and music (heading track) which resembles an elaborate web-site. The music itself is definitely good. Each of 8 songs (except Intro) starts with a small guitar introduction followed by power, progressive or heavy metal. I didn't like the vocals. Of course the guy uses clear voice with occasional falsetto, yet very often he is not accurate to articulate endings, guess that's not good even if the aimed to swallow consonants. The album is also remarkable for participation of Sakis Tolis of ROTTING CHRIST.
