First of all I must praise the band for the overall production of their work. The fine artwork is only a small part of this, since the CD contains a big multimedia section with video / photos / biography / lyrics and many more! Remember we are talking about a self financed work. So all you suckers who know only how to complain about the difficulties of the underground stop hiding behind your finger, we can see you!

Musically “Psychotears” is at least of the same quality. Out of the Lair exists from 1996 and even though they had many line up changes they have manage to create a name around them, they have also manage to have many gigs with known bands. Maybe you should ask them how they do it since most of you can't even manage to find the time to rehearse all together.

The album is consisted of nine powerful compositions prowling in the field of American power metal and a bit of thrash. As you can understand the guitars in this one destroy everything in their path! Most compositions are furious while the band has an additional helping hand from well known metal head Sakis (from the famous Rotting Christ – Respect). “Psychotears” comes with excellent sound production. In my opinion works such this one should be considered and treated as the Bible from young bands who wish to move forward...
